Economic Development

Larry Strickland worked for the NC Department of Transportation for over 25 years, and understand how vital infrastructure is to the economy of this state and intend to bring a vision of growth to the General Assembly. Getting people back to work is important and infrastructure is a key component of economic development. 

Larry will continue to work to reform our tax code to further reduce taxes on families and small businesses. Larry will also work to continue the job the republicans have done in Raleigh to eliminate government waste in order to help provide tax relief on families and small businesses.​
